Sales & Reservations Manager (Russian Speaking) – UAE | ASM Tourism

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Reservations Management: Oversee the end-to-end reservation process for hotels, tours, and excursions, ensuring 100% accuracy and rapid turnaround.
• Sales Strategy: Support B2B sales activities specifically targeted at the Russian-speaking market and CIS regions.
• Market Expertise: Maintain an exhaustive and up-to-date knowledge of UAE hotel contracts, seasonal offers, and trending excursions.
• Client Relations: Deliver high-quality, personalized service to Russian-speaking partners and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients.
• Operational Coordination: Work closely with ground operations to ensure seamless execution of itineraries and guest services.
• Performance Reporting: Utilize MS Office to track booking trends, sales targets, and inventory availability for management review.

🔹 Requirements:

• Industry Experience: Mandatory hands-on experience working within a DMC or the Hospitality industry in the UAE.
• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Russian is a strict requirement; professional proficiency in English is essential.
• Market Knowledge: Strong, localized understanding of the UAE travel market, including top-tier luxury hotels and niche tour offerings.
• Technical Skills: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) and familiarity with hotel booking engines or CRM systems.
• Availability: Immediate joiners will be given a strong preference in the selection process.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing high-volume requests during peak tourism seasons.
