Job Description:
AJEX is seeking an organized Human Resources Executive to join its team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this HR professional will manage daily human resources administration, maintain accurate employee documentation, facilitate HR correspondence, support employee relations, and ensure all activities align with applicable UAE Labour Laws within a fast-paced environment.

- Support day-to-day human resources and administrative activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee-related processes and HR correspondence.
- Ensure HR activities are aligned with applicable UAE Labour Laws.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and employees.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mandatory practical knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and statutory regulations in HR functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR administrative software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt and handle multiple HR tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
