Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Human Resources Generalist to manage our HR operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our corporate framework, requiring a professional who can handle end-to-end HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and employee relations for management review. You will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities regarding visas and labour cards while providing advisory support on HR policies. We are looking for an individual with strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of UAE government HR best practices. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding in Abu Dhabi.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary procedures in strict compliance with UAE Labour Law for management.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and government entities regarding visas, labour cards, and related formalities.
- Support payroll processing, compensation & benefits administration, and accurate leave management.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain accurate HR records and performance management documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a relevant academic discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience specifically as an HR Generalist within the United Arab Emirates.
- Mandatory fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong background in management of UAE Labour Law, employee development, and government sector formalities.
- Professional background in education or training regarding semi-government HR frameworks and excellence policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to provide HR advisory support in a fast-paced environment.
