Job Description:

The In-Store Visual Merchandiser will implement brand display guidelines, execute window and floor concepts, style fashion mannequins, optimize floor plans, support promotional campaigns, and collaborate with retail management to drive overall store sales performance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Implement corporate visual merchandising guidelines to create visually compelling and brand-aligned store displays.
• Arrange merchandise, mannequins, focal points, and promotional displays to maximize visual impact and drive sales.
• Ensure all window displays, wall bays, and floor fixtures are strictly maintained according to seasonal brand standards.
• Partner with store operational teams during seasonal floor resets, new product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor visual presentation standards, display lighting, POS signage, and recommend creative enhancements to store layouts.
• Track sell-through rates on featured display items and adjust visual placements in coordination with floor supervisors.
• Maintain visual merchandising tools, props, fixtures, and store display equipment in pristine condition.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience within a fashion or retail environment.
• Prior UAE retail market experience and familiarity with high-volume fashion outlets is strongly preferred.
• Solid grasp of visual merchandising principles, color blocking, mannequin styling, spatial composition, and lighting.
• Keen artistic eye for fashion trends, product presentation, spatial aesthetics, and retail customer engagement.
• Strong communication, team collaboration, creative problem-solving, and time management skills.
