Information Technology Specialist – Dubai, UAE | Abu Al Naga Development

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Install and configure hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and critical network components including routers, switches, and servers.
• Cloud & Security: Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, manage daily data backups, and maintain robust antivirus and cybersecurity controls.
• Physical Security Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot on-site CCTV and biometric access control systems across various development locations.
• Software Support: Provide technical assistance for core internal applications such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and Project Management tools.
• User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for end-user technical troubleshooting, ensuring minimal downtime for corporate and site-based staff.
• Vendor & Asset Management: Coordinate with external IT providers and maintain meticulous records of IT assets and technical documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional IT experience within the UAE is mandatory.
• Driving License: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory due to required travel between corporate offices and project sites.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and LAN/WAN networking principles.
• Specialized Skills: Experience managing CCTV systems, firewalls, and biometric attendance devices in a construction/real estate context.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Preference: Prior experience with real estate development or construction companies is highly preferred.
