Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales / Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can drive client communication for management and sales performance review. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating new business leads, and converting prospects into successful sales. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Client Relationship Management and Targeted Sales Growth and a proactive approach to business development initiatives. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound calls and lead generation strategies to meet management and performance targets.
  • Support market integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in client records, prospect follow-ups, and sales documentation.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and business development teams to achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Manage and update detailed customer data using Zoho CRM to optimize client acquisition strategies and professional sales tracking.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM platforms to optimize sales reporting and professional organizational efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field plus relevant Sales or Business Development Credentials.
  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience specifically within an inside sales or business development role.
  • Strong background in management of outbound calling, client relationships, and sales follow-ups.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding Zoho CRM, negotiation techniques, and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work in a target-driven environment, and communicate effectively (Tagalog-speaking preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard recruitment firm in Dubai.
