Job Description:

The Internal IT Infrastructure Specialist / Engineer will manage office networks, local and hybrid server environments, cybersecurity measures, and provide high-level technical support for all technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, switches, and firewall systems including Fortinet and Cisco.
• Support local and hybrid server environments, including VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud platforms.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and related cloud services.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, endpoint protection, backup solutions, and disaster recovery processes.
• Coordinate with telecom providers such as e& / Etisalat and manage relationships with IT vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing corporate IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
• Preferred certifications include CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Certified Azure/M365, or Fortinet NSE.
