Job Description:

Le Chocola LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Accountant to manage and support inventory operations across its branches. This role is fundamental to our financial framework, requiring a professional who can provide strategic oversight for stock audits and reconciliation. You will be responsible for visiting company branches to verify inventory levels, analyzing variances, and preparing comprehensive reports for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records across all branches to drive financial transparency.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation activities to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Visit company branches to verify stock handling procedures and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding branch staff coordination and stock-related training.
  • Utilize advanced Information Technology tools and MS Excel for detailed inventory analysis and reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related financial field.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience specifically in inventory accounting or stock control.
  • A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for frequent branch visits.
  • Strong background in management of stock variances and analytical problem-solving.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding internal audit practices is a plus.
