Job Description:

The Inventory Controller / Warehouse Officer will oversee stock movement, perform stock audits, and maintain full inventory accuracy within the facility. Based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP), this detail-oriented professional will utilize Zoho Inventory or similar systems to track material receipts, coordinate stock transfers, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with production, purchasing, and finance teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and movement of inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Zoho Inventory or a similar inventory management system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Finance teams to ensure inventory accuracy and material availability.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with stock audits.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Experience with Zoho Inventory, Microsoft Excel, or similar ERP/inventory software.
• Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation, inventory audit procedures, and warehouse logistics.
• Currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately in July 2026.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and team communication skills.
