Job Description:
The Inventory Head will direct strategic supply chain networks, design corporate inventory controls, and lead enterprise material auditing. Operating across our major distribution hubs and retail sectors, this senior professional will coordinate stock-level optimization policies, analyze high-volume product flows, minimize shrinkage, and streamline warehouse-to-store operations to ensure continuous business growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage inventory operations across multiple warehouses and retail branches.
- Develop and implement effective inventory control policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to optimize inventory performance.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports to support business decisions.
- Minimize stock discrepancies, losses, and excess inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a closely related field.
- 10–15 years of robust professional experience in enterprise inventory management.
- Mandatory experience in Building Materials Trading, or the fast-moving FMCG and high-volume Retail sectors.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-site inventory systems across complex logistics networks.
- In-depth knowledge of building materials products, inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and advanced warehouse operations.
- Solid background in quantitative inventory analysis, database reporting, and administrative process improvements.
- UAE market experience is highly preferred; professional credentials such as CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent inventory certifications are a distinct advantage.
- Outstanding leadership, strategic analytical thinking, and executive-level communication skills.
