Job Description:
The ERP Implementation Executive will act as a key technological consultant, translating organizational workflows into efficient digital architectures. Operating within our active IT solutions team, this specialist will guide corporate clients through the deployment pipeline—configuring core system modules, running quality assurance diagnostics, conducting structured end-user training, and resolving complex technical system issues.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in ERP implementation projects from planning through deployment.
- Gather business requirements and assist in configuring ERP solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
- Perform system testing to ensure functionality and identify issues.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related problems and recommend effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and implementation records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on professional experience in ERP implementation or dedicated ERP technical support.
- Familiarity with functional ERP modules, including Finance, Inventory, Procurement, HR, or Projects.
- Solid knowledge of ERP system testing, deployment lifecycles, and technical user training.
- Proven ability in technical troubleshooting, software debugging, and business process analysis.
- Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and corporate e-Invoicing compliance is considered a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication, client coordination, and problem-solving skills.
