Job Description:

We are executing a strategic commercial appointment within our central logistics and distribution hub and are seeking an analytical, process-driven Invoicing Incharge to govern regional supply chain ledger pipelines and direct multi-market billing verification pathways across the MEA zone from our Dubai center. Tailored for dedicated financial administration specialists who possess deep operational command of warehouse inventory tracking and excel at constructing high-precision reconciliation frameworks, this full-time track focuses on accelerating invoice compilation cycles, auditing warehouse transaction ledgers, and maximizing total transactional compliance under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end operational invoicing lifecycle for complex multi-market luxury logistics pipelines across the MEA zone.
  • Prepare and issue high-precision manual and automated corporate invoices detailing core warehouse services, pick & pack fulfillment, and cross-docking distribution loops.
  • Generate, review, and process structured debit notes, credit notes, and multi-tier transactional pricing modifications within the financial database.
  • Reconcile large-scale inbound and outbound distribution data streams against active purchase orders and physical cargo manifests to verify revenue accuracy.
  • Govern secure, accurately indexed transaction records inside integrated Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to prevent documentation gaps.
  • Process high-volume Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) to enable complete visibility into incoming overseas freight movements and brand returns.
  • Verify third-party shipping logs against specific contractual rate agreements, internal logistics tariffs, and strict regional compliance frameworks.
  • Support month-end financial closing routines, compiling detailed billing analyses, variance statements, and revenue tracking summaries.
  • Investigate and resolve commercial billing discrepancies quickly by coordinating across international shipping networks and internal accounting branches.
  • Enforce absolute alignment with federal VAT requirements, specific regional customs documentation rules, and corporate control structures.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a closely matching fully accredited commercial discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of verified professional experience operating on an active billing desk, logistics ledger desk, or inventory accounting function, ideally demonstrating familiarity with premium consumer markets or high-security supply hubs inside the UAE.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying multi-layered data arrays, advanced VLOOKUP structures, and pivot analysis frameworks inside Microsoft Excel and modern corporate WMS / ERP systems.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Invoicing and billing architectures, financial ledger reconciliation, and commercial variance analysis.
    • Warehouse management system workflows, electronic asset tracing, and stock movement logging.
    • Logistics coordination documentation, freight manifest structures, and delivery tracking.
    • Federal VAT laws, compliance audit support procedures, and internal transaction control parameters.
  • Outstanding mathematical precision, strict attention to transactional ledger detail, rapid problem-solving traits, and the ability to process multi-brand datasets efficiently under tight month-end schedules.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to resolve invoice disputes with brand compliance managers and report directly to senior logistics controllers.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 6,000, determined entirely by past financial ledger case reviews, live numerical data tracking evaluations, and system navigation testing.
  • An elite opportunity to assume complete invoicing custody over a world-renowned luxury fulfillment network and grow your supply chain finance profile.
  • Stable career advancement pipelines supported by major regional infrastructure investments and active internal growth lines for senior logistics controllers, financial directors, and corporate hr jobs or operational talent developers.
