Job Description:
The IT Application Support specialist will provide technical support for business applications, troubleshoot database issues, and work alongside the project management team to ensure optimal system performance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for business applications and resolve user issues.
- Troubleshoot application, database, and system-related problems.
- Monitor application performance and respond to support tickets promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical incidents.
- Assist with system integrations and application maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and technical solutions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT or Application Support.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL, database troubleshooting, APIs, web applications, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with application monitoring and ticketing systems in Windows and Linux environments.
- UAE-based candidates and immediate joiners preferred.
