Job Description:

The IT Cyber Security Specialist will monitor network infrastructure, conduct vulnerability assessments, manage incident response, and implement security policies in close collaboration with internal engineering and management teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and protect corporate IT systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure against cyber threats.
• Identify, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents and security alerts promptly.
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity policies, technical controls, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and security monitoring across endpoint and network environments.
• Ensure strict compliance with information security frameworks, regulatory standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal IT and engineering teams to enhance overall organizational security posture.
• Support risk assessments, internal security audits, and threat mitigation activities.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security specialist roles.
• Strong understanding of network security protocols, endpoint protection, firewalls, SIEM, and threat detection.
• Practical experience with security monitoring tools, incident response, and log analysis.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous experience working in the UAE corporate IT sector is an advantage.
