Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptionally motivated, technically rigorous, and solution-driven IT Support / IT Services Professional to manage daily infrastructure pipelines, advanced remote troubleshooting workflows, and corporate systems tracking tracks at our fast-paced operations facility in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive full-cycle IT support, equipment diagnostic services, and advanced troubleshooting for enterprise hardware and software issues fluidly.
- Manage administration, provisioning, tenant setups, and email migration configurations across Microsoft Office 365 applications systematically.
- Support commercial hardware peripherals, including networked office printers, building CCTV surveillance setups, wireless access points, and localized IT infrastructure.
- Deliver highly responsive on-site hardware maintenance and agile remote technical assistance to multi-sector business clients fluidly.
- Diagnose, isolate, and resolve routing network faults, server connectivity disruptions, and system-related security issues accurately.
- Maintain highly accurate physical and digital documentation records detailing daily IT helpdesk activities, resolution steps, and proprietary solutions logs.
- Communicate with clients effectively and professionally regarding ongoing systems errors, diagnostics, resolution timelines, and critical technology updates.
- Coordinate directly with software vendors and specialized infrastructure providers to optimize hardware maintenance cycles and patch releases.
🔹 Requirements:
- Demonstrated professional experience working in a helpdesk engineer, systems technician, or IT desktop support seat is required.
- Strong baseline knowledge regarding PC hardware mechanics, operating system configurations, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS).
- Hands-on practical experience executing administrative configurations inside the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem and business mail protocols.
- Excellent verbal communication, strong client care skills, and the professional command needed to guide non-technical users through complex tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple high-priority client support tickets efficiently without dropping documentation details under tight service level agreements.
- Prior professional background operating within the UAE commercial market is preferred but not mandatory.
- Capacity to self-manage complex build schedules independently while protecting total corporate data privacy and proprietary system codes under pressure.
- Practical background in basic education regarding subnet math variables, network diagnostics, and tech lifecycle workflow management methodologies.
