Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire two talented and detail-focused Joinery Draftsmen to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is fundamental to our technical framework, requiring a professional who can prepare precise shop drawings for management and production review. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive AutoCAD drawings for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and TV units, ensuring all details meet project specifications. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Joinery Detailing and a proactive approach to technical documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD shop drawings for doors, kitchens, and vanities to meet management quality standards.
- Ensure all technical drawings align with design intent and production feasibility in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Liaise with the Human Resources, architecture, and internal engineering teams to finalize project details.
- Make accurate revisions and adjustments to drawings as required to ensure 100% data integrity across project stages.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to manage technical records and meet strict project schedules.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Design, Architecture, or a related academic field.
- Professional experience specifically within joinery production or the interior fit-out industry is highly preferred.
- Strong background in management of AutoCAD software, technical detailing, and woodworking techniques.
- Professional background in education or training regarding joinery materials and manufacturing standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a high commitment to quality in the UAE.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
