Job Description:
We are expanding our financial operations division and seeking two detail-oriented Accountants to manage daily branch bookkeeping and transactions. This role controls ledger entries, coordinates vendor billings, and verifies account tracking metrics to align with internal financial management guidelines.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operational workflows.
- Handle commercial supplier invoices, construction subcontractor billing vouchers, and basic inventory log entries.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, identify ledger balance discrepancies, and supervise branch petty cash.
- Record transaction data using Tally, specialized ERP platforms, and advanced spreadsheet structures.
- Assist with baseline corporate VAT reconciliations in line with UAE FTA regulations.
🔹 Requirements:
- 1–3 years of professional accounting or transaction coordination experience within the UAE market.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited accounting, commerce, or corporate business education institution.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally / ERP systems, advanced MS Excel math functions, and local compliance rules.
- Must be a current resident of Al Ain or Abu Dhabi (Musaffah area) with valid documentation.
- Familiarity with digital financial reporting databases, audit paths, and Information Technology enterprise setups.
