Job Description:
We are expanding our plant finance division and seeking a structured, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to handle foundational bookkeeping, transaction validation, and ledger entries. This entry-level position is ideal for motivated graduates who want to build corporate fiscal competencies by managing commercial invoices, optimizing spreadsheets, and maintaining document compliance under the oversight of senior financial controllers.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining precise daily ledger entries, tracking corporate cash flows, and updating financial data parameters.
- Support the broader finance division in drafting baseline balance reviews, financial summary spreadsheets, and corporate audits.
- Handle routine bookkeeping tasks and perform direct data entry into specialized manufacturing accounting applications.
- Verify supplier invoices, input purchase orders, and categorize operational expenses to monitor production costs.
- Organize and index physical and digital fiscal files, tax vouchers, and transaction papers for quick administrative reference.
- Provide day-to-day corporate support to senior accounting analysts during monthly financial closing cycles.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to construct structured tables, process numeric reports, and maintain data integrity.
- Adhere strictly to corporate bookkeeping workflows, regulatory standards, and internal monetary governance rules.
