It offers a spectacular platform to leverage your technical bookkeeping background and strategic financial education inside a fast-expanding, high-reputation chartered accountancy practice.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute precise day-to-day corporate bookkeeping operations, general ledger journal entries, and bank reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain structured financial records, tracking documentation files, accounts payable logs, and receivable collections securely.
  • Assist senior tax consultants in preparing accurate Value Added Tax (VAT) computations and corporate tax filings per UAE laws.
  • Support field audit teams during external reviews, collecting supporting transaction samples and compiling working paper files.
  • Prepare basic balance sheets, initial profit and loss statements, and standard cash flow reports for client evaluation.
  • Coordinate directly with external client accounting departments to retrieve missing receipts, clarify entries, and deliver financial updates.
  • Manage administrative financial support tasks, archiving fiscal reports and organizing internal accounting compliance documents.
  • Audit compliance parameters against internal accounting control procedures to eliminate transactional ledger leakages.
  • Support month-end closing procedures, asset depreciation entries, and year-end corporate financial closing activities.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Deep structural understanding of standard double-entry principles, accrual frameworks, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
  • Advanced software capability using Microsoft Excel formulas, VLOOKUP matrices, and standard ERP accounting platforms.
  • Practical background in basic education regarding fiscal margin evaluations, transaction reconciliation math, and professional financial workflow management methodologies.

Why Join Accuvat Chartered Accountants:

  • Competitive monthly base salary package ranging from AED 4,000 to 6,000.
  • Comprehensive company-sponsored residency visa, medical health insurance, and standard annual travel provisions per UAE Labour Laws.
  • Direct technical exposure to active UAE VAT systems, Corporate Tax advisory frameworks, and diversified corporate audit portfolios.
