Job Description:

  • Organize, update, and archive physical and digital accounting files, tax documentation, and balance parameters securely.
  • Provide detailed day-to-day financial operational support to senior accounting management divisions.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of a formal Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline is required.
  • Solid baseline understanding of fundamental accounting principles, dual-entry bookkeeping rules, and trial balance structures.
  • High technical proficiency operating automated spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel functions, and automated financial accounting software systems.
  • High attention to structural detail, sharp organizational capabilities, and a structured approach to identifying data variance.
  • Exceptional presentation and team coordination capabilities paired with professional verbal and written command over the English language to interface with corporate divisions.
  • Capacity to self-manage daily closing deadlines independently while protecting total corporate data privacy and ledger integrity under pressure.
  • Prior professional accounting or bookkeeping experience operating within the United Arab Emirates business sector is considered an advantage.
