Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to organize foundational bookkeeping logs and support our corporate finance division in Dubai. Operating as an essential career-track professional within our centralized money team, this full-time entry-level role focus on processing transaction entries, preparing corporate vouchers, and balancing accounts under our overarching administrative management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing core financial documentation, indexing financial journals, and tracking baseline accounting logs.
- Support daily transactional bookkeeping pipelines and execute high-precision general ledger data entries.
- Help compile multi-currency sales invoices, payment vouchers, spending journals, and preliminary financial reports.
- Maintain, update, and audit accurate electronic balances utilizing advanced spreadsheet applications and accounting software.
- Assist senior financial controllers with bank ledger reconciliations, asset valuations, and end-of-month reporting pipelines.
- Ensure systematic physical and digital archiving of corporate fiscal files to support structural audit preparedness.
- Provide administrative executive support to the operations management desk regarding routine balance sheets and corporate data checks.
🔹 Requirements:
- An accredited M.Com or B.Com qualification in Accounting, Corporate Finance, or a closely related economic track is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level professionals with an eager appetite for commercial learning are warmly encouraged to apply.
- Strong professional bilingual communication fluency in both English and Hindi is required to coordinate with our multi-cultural teams.
- Strong foundational knowledge of double-entry accounting mechanics, debit/credit laws, and basic profit sheet processing.
- Practical computer literacy with a reliable fundamental grasp of MS Excel tools and standard corporate accounting systems.
- Age limit restriction up to 25 years old at the time of entry application evaluation.
