Job Description:
Boilen Energy is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join its finance department in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this accounting specialist will handle daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable ledgers, utilize Odoo ERP for record-keeping, perform account reconciliations, assist with monthly financial closings, and ensure compliance with standard corporate accounting procedures.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions with accuracy.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and perform account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using Odoo ERP.
- Provide day-to-day support to the finance team and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Direct practical experience using Odoo ERP is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills.
