Job Description:

The Junior Accountant will support daily accounts payable and receivable operations, maintain general ledger entries, perform bank reconciliations, and assist finance management with monthly financial reporting and compliance activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintaining accurate accounting records, general ledgers, and financial documentation.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operational activities.
• Enter financial data efficiently into accounting software to ensure data integrity.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledger records on a regular basis.
• Organize invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting financial files.
• Assist senior team members with monthly financial reporting, audit preparation, and compliance tasks.
• Support daily finance department activities and general administrative routines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate with a strong fundamental grasp of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office applications, and digital spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books or other ERP/accounting software platforms is preferred.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong numerical aptitude.
• Good communication skills with an organized approach to managing financial records.
