Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can support daily financial transactions and maintain accurate entries using Tally ERP. You will be responsible for managing invoices, tracking payments, and assisting with financial reports for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting entries using Tally software.
- Manage invoices, track incoming and outgoing payments, and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently to support sales and procurement cycles.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding employee expense claims and internal financial documentation.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to generate consistent and accurate financial records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on professional experience in an accounting role.
- Practical experience working with Tally ERP is strictly mandatory.
- Strong background in management of financial documentation and basic understanding of UAE VAT.
- Professional background in education or training regarding standard accounting principles and compliance.
- Prior experience within the FMCG or Electronics sectors in the UAE will be considered a distinct advantage.
