Job Description:
LITS Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance department in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this accounting specialist will handle daily bookkeeping operations, process supplier invoices and payment reconciliations, assist with financial reporting and month-end closings, coordinate with banking partners, and utilize accounting software systems for technical record-keeping.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records and perform bookkeeping activities.
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
- 0–1 year of accounting experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of fundamental accounting principles, financial statements, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with modern accounting platforms (such as Odoo, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, SAP Business One, or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to accuracy and willingness to learn.
