Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage financial records and daily accounting tasks for management and performance review. You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing receivables, and ensuring timely accounts payable. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices while ensuring proper documentation to meet management and reporting targets.
- Manage accounts receivable and tracking payments in Dubai to ensure 100% data integrity in the financial system.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to collect and record payroll-related expenses accurately.
- Oversee accounts payable by verifying invoices, confirming liabilities, and ensuring timely payments with proper approvals.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and accounting software to maintain financial records and assist in preparing balance sheets.

- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Accounting or Finance.
