The organization combines progressive design aesthetics with practical structural execution, delivering state-of-the-art master planning solutions under an elite engineering management framework.

Job Description:

A core creative design vacancy is open for a motivated Junior Architect to join a multi-disciplinary technical studio and manage day-to-day drafting and authority coordination workflows. Operating out of the Dubai studio, this professional will take absolute charge of transforming schematic briefs into advanced 3D BIM models, preparing authority submission sets, and developing detailed construction documentations to support major regional infrastructure contracts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior design leads in developing architectural concepts, spatial layouts, and sustainable planning solutions.
  • Prepare schematic architectural drawings, high-quality 3D renderings, and spatial presentations to communicate design intent clearly.
  • Produce detailed technical drawings, section cuts, and material schedules using advanced CAD and architectural modeling platforms.
  • Develop, update, and manage comprehensive construction documentation sets throughout various project phases.
  • Support rapid design revisions, modifications, and engineering modifications based on coordinator feedback.
  • Create premium presentation materials including material boards, physical/digital 3D models, and client-facing slide decks.
  • Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, specifically Revit, to build high-precision digital prototypes.
  • Coordinate workflow timelines with internal MEP and structural engineering teams to meet strict project deadlines.
  • Liaise with relevant Dubai authorities including Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, and RTA for smooth permit approvals and drawing submissions.
  • Review and systematically revise complete drawing packages to ensure strict compliance with local building codes.

🔹 Requirements:

  • 2 to 7 years of direct professional experience inside a reputable architectural firm, design studio, or engineering consultancy environment.
  • Prior experience navigating project workflows within Dubai, Sharjah, or Ras Al Khaimah is highly preferred.
  • Strong, functional knowledge of UAE building regulations, zoning laws, accessibility guidelines, and local authority approval processes.
  • Absolute professional proficiency in Revit drafting, BIM methodologies, and advanced architectural rendering software is essential.
  • Strong command of standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for administrative documentation.
  • Excellent professional communication skills with complete bilingual fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively inside a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary engineering and construction setup.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited higher education institution is mandatory.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary package calibrated realistically around portfolio quality, software capabilities, and UAE consultancy experience.
  • Comprehensive corporate benefits including full Employment Visa sponsorship and premium Health Insurance coverage.
  • Airfare allowance provided upon successful completion of one year of service (capped based on internal corporate policy).
  • Immense career growth trajectories moving toward Senior Architect, BIM Manager, or Project Coordinator within the regional engineering jobs sector.
