Specializing in international B2B consolidations, multi-tier holiday packaging, global airline representation, and corporate travel solutions, the corporation centers its operations on cutting-edge global distribution technology, absolute passenger safety compliance, and robust travel-supplier relations.

Job Description:

We are executing a strategic operational expansion across our centralized corporate consolidation division and are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior B2B Ticketing Agent to govern daily flight inventory pricing and route allocations in Sharjah. Operating as an essential operational agent within our fast-paced travel center, this full-time role focuses on accelerating booking fulfillment workflows, managing multi-tier GDS configurations, and troubleshooting reservation alterations under our unified network management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume flight reservations, airfare calculations, and automated ticketing operations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
  • Provide elite dedicated operational support to B2B sub-agents and corporate clients, verifying accurate and rapid airfare dispatch.
  • Execute complex automated ticket reissuances, calculated schedule changes, routing cancellations, and formal tax refund processes precisely.
  • Liaise directly with commercial airline desks and localized transit vendors to secure optimized seat allocations and clear booking disruptions.
  • Maintain meticulous data accuracy across all corporate reservation profiles, checking fare base rules to prevent agency debit memos (ADMs).
  • Multitask efficiently inside an energetic, high-volume environment to achieve tight ticketing deadlines without compromising quality standards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, IATA Foundation Diploma, or an accredited Certificate in Travel & Tourism Management, Aviation Operations, or a related commercial trade field.
  • Proven, successful professional experience working as an air ticketing agent, travel consultant, or B2B operations specialist utilizing active global reservation networks.
  • Strong working operational knowledge of major GDS terminal architectures, such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre platforms.
  • Demonstrated familiarity navigating low-cost carrier (LCC) web portals, corporate booking portals, and APIs to manage dynamic seat distribution profiles.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, client reservation tracking logs, and price comparisons inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with sharp logical attention to structural detail when handling complex multi-segment itineraries.
  • Proven capacity to prioritize high-volume transaction loads efficiently while operating under strict airline validation deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 6,000, determined entirely by past technical GDS command tests, airfare construction knowledge, and system entry typing speed assessments.
  • Direct pathway to master enterprise-level aviation logistics and significantly build your professional portfolio within a highly respected national travel institution.
  • Stable, long-term aviation career advancement tracks and technical training modules supported by our comprehensive corporate operations and global sales support networks.
