Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hospitality-driven Junior Barista to pilot our espresso workstations and lead exceptional guest interactions at our active boutique locations across Sharjah and Dubai. Operating as the front-line ambassador of our cafe floor, this full-time role focuses on mastering custom extraction methods, managing pristine espresso bar cleanliness, and maximizing customer satisfaction scores under our comprehensive unit operations management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and systematically serve an array of artisanal espresso Extractions, filtered pour-overs, specialty teas, and custom cold brews efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional front-line client service to establish an upscale, welcoming, and hospitable cafe experience for all visitors.
- Assist guests with menu navigation, detail roast flavor notes, and proactively recommend seasonal pastry and beverage selections.
- Support daily retail floor workflows, enforcing strict structural cleanliness checklists across general seating areas and countertops.
- Ensure the secure, calibrated operation of commercial espresso machinery, precise grinding equipment, and delicate brewing tools.
- Collaborate closely with team members to secure a highly efficient, smooth workflow during high-volume peak service hours.
- Enforce local municipal hygiene standards and corporate food safety compliance regulations completely throughout your shift.
- Assist in daily inventory counts, stock organization, milk replenishment routines, and retail workstation configurations.

- Prior professional background operating inside a specialty cafe, busy restaurant, or fast-casual food environment will be considered a distinct competitive asset.
- Genuine personal passion for coffee culture, sensory roasting characteristics, Latte Art creation, and front-line customer care.
- Reliable structural attention to cleanliness, presentation detail, workflow organization, and personal hygiene.
- High School Diploma, foundational vocational training certificate, or an equivalent educational profile is preferred.
