Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Baristas to join our lively team. This role is a perfect entry point for individuals who are passionate about coffee and eager to master the craft of brewing. You will be trained to deliver high-quality beverages with consistency, ensuring that every customer enjoys a premium coffee experience. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee and beverages with consistent quality and care.
- Adhere strictly to café standards for taste, presentation, and brewing techniques.
- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and organization at the coffee station and seating areas.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers throughout the day.
- Support daily operations, including stock replenishment and basic reporting, in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources and management teams to ensure a positive and productive workspace.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or hospitality certificate is an advantage.
- Freshers and coffee enthusiasts are highly encouraged to apply.
- A genuine interest in specialty coffee and modern café culture.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a hands-on, technical barista role.
- Ability to work efficiently and remain calm in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Candidates currently living in Sharjah or willing to relocate are preferred.
