Job Description:

The Junior Business Development Executive – FX will generate high-quality sales leads, build prospective client relationships, introduce financial products and trading services, maintain an active sales pipeline, and support global market growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Contact potential clients and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and introduce approved company products and services.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and work towards achieving monthly targets.
• Assist in converting qualified prospects into clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Client Support teams.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

🔹 Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field (Fresh graduates welcome).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.
• Confident, energetic, target-oriented, and eager to grow in financial markets.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in FX, Forex, financial services, or fintech is an advantage.
