Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Facility Engineer to support building system maintenance and day-to-day asset operations across the UAE. Operating within our structural engineering branch, this full-time role focuses on coordinating MEP vendors, handling minor technical troubleshooting, and tracking equipment documentation under a collaborative facility management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day facility infrastructure management and routine structural maintenance operations.
• Assist in tracking mechanical, plumbing, and critical HVAC system performance parameters.
• Coordinate with internal maintenance teams, external vendors, and technical contractors for repair tasks.
• Prepare technical facility reports, operational maintenance sheets, and data records.
• Conduct physical building inspections, facility equipment testing, and asset checks.
• Enforce strict compliance metrics with regional safety rules and engineering operational standards.
• Track upcoming preventative maintenance schedules and resolve minor facility technical service requests.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Engineering.
• Basic conceptual understanding of commercial MEP layouts, building systems, and diagnostic testing.
• Excellent interpersonal coordination, problem-solving skills, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Fresh graduates or junior professionals with internship exposure in facility management are highly encouraged to apply.
• Must be immediately available to complete interviews and join the operations team in the UAE.
