About the Role:

Mileo, The Palm is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to become part of our energetic and growing team. Key Responsibilities:

The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities, assisting with hiring processes, and helping maintain a positive workplace atmosphere. Key attributes include strong organizational abilities, a high level of accuracy, and a genuine interest in employee engagement and professional workplace standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and documentation.
• Assist with end-to-end hiring processes, including candidate screening and onboarding logistics.
• Help maintain a positive and professional workplace atmosphere and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure a high level of accuracy in all HR record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Estimated qualification such as a Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational abilities and excellent attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in employee engagement and advancing an HR career.
• Motivated team player with a professional attitude.
