Job Description:

The Junior IT Specialist will deliver first-level technical support, maintain office systems infrastructure, and resolve hardware and software issues for internal users. Based at our Abu Dhabi office, this technical support professional will manage computer networks, configure Microsoft 365 services, maintain user accounts, perform system backups, and ensure maximum operational uptime across corporate systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support to employees by resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist in maintaining computer systems, networks, and IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, email setup, and password reset requests.
  • Perform routine system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
  • Record IT support requests, document resolutions, and maintain accurate technical records.
  • Assist with additional IT-related duties as assigned by the department.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven GCC experience in an IT support or technical helpdesk role.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer networking fundamentals, and hardware configuration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, user provisioning, and cloud desktop tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good communication skills in English; ability to assist end-users efficiently.
  • Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates and available for immediate joining.
