Job Description:
The Junior IT Support professional will deliver essential technical assistance, maintain computer networks, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems. Stationed at our Abu Dhabi office, this proactive individual will provide first-level helpdesk support, manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, execute routine system backups and maintenance, and ensure seamless technology operations for all end users.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support to end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in maintaining computer systems, networks, and IT equipment.
- Support user account management, email configuration, and password resets.
- Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance.
- Document IT issues, solutions, and technical support activities.
- Assist with additional IT-related tasks as assigned.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Currently based in the United Arab Emirates and available for immediate joining.
- Minimum 2 years of proven GCC experience in an IT support or technical helpdesk role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 administration, and basic networking protocols.
- Solid technical understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and system administration workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English with a user-centric approach.
