Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Assistant to join our team in Fujairah. This role is a perfect entry point for ambitious individuals eager to start their career in Human Resources and Payroll administration. You will work closely with our senior HR and finance professionals to ensure the accurate processing of monthly salaries and the meticulous maintenance of employee records. We are looking for a proactive learner who understands the importance of confidentiality and accuracy in a corporate setting. This position offers significant hands-on exposure to UAE Labour Law and modern payroll operational workflows.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll in coordination with the accounts and HR departments.
- Maintain and update digital and physical employee records, ensuring 100% accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR documentation processes, including the preparation of contracts, leave records, and employee files.
- Monitor daily attendance records and assist in tracking work hours and leave balances via the company system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely payroll and HR operations.
- Ensure all payroll activities comply with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies.
- Liaise with the Management team to provide reports on headcount and attendance metrics.
- Collaborate with Engineering or technical department heads to verify site-specific overtime and shift allocations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, HR, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- High level of numerical accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced corporate environment.
