Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- EPC Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the EPC contractor network for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain robust relationships with project managers at ADNOC, TAQA, and other government-related entities.
- Technical Proposals: Prepare tailored technical quotations and cost estimates specifically for Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) switchgear.
- Client Presentations: Conduct technical demonstrations and meetings to articulate the value proposition of TAQANA’s engineering solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on commercial and contractual terms to secure profitable, long-term agreements.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure technical specifications align perfectly with client requirements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in a sales engineering role, with a focus on switchgear or electrical power infrastructure.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi EPC landscape and existing connections within the energy sector is a major advantage.
- Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of MV/LV electrical systems and the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience using CRM systems for pipeline management.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions for various stakeholders.
