Job Description:
We are expanding our regional field operations team and seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and structured Junior Site Engineer to join our professional construction delivery group in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a civil engineering and structural inspection professional who can deliver site supervision and blueprint compliance precision for management and senior engineering board performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily construction tasks, organizing subcontractor work paths, verifying layout alignments, archiving quality records, and executing precise civil construction pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering Principles, High-Rise Layout Standards, and Multi-Tier Contractor Coordination and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and support ongoing construction activities on high-rise projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications.
- Verify that all site work is carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and instructions.
- Support senior engineers in project planning, reporting, and technical site activities.
- Help maintain site records, documentation, and progress updates.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company procedures on site.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior UAE high-rise construction experience or internship exposure will be considered a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of civil construction methods, field execution, and core engineering principles.
- Strong communication, site coordination, and structural drafting translation abilities.
