Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a passionate and qualified KG1 Homeroom Teacher to join our academic team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our early years framework, requiring an educator who can create an engaging and creative learning environment for young children. You will be responsible for lesson delivery, classroom management, and maintaining high educational standards for management review. We are looking for a licensed professional with mandatory experience in US or UK international curricula. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver creative and engaging lessons to KG1 students within the US or UK international curriculum framework.
  • Create a nurturing and safe classroom environment that supports the social and academic development of young learners.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing detailed feedback to parents and the school’s academic management.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding professional development workshops and licensure renewals.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and maintain accurate student records.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education is mandatory to meet KHDA/Regulatory approval requirements.
  • Prior professional teaching experience in US or UK curriculum schools within the UAE is essential.
  • Candidates must hold a valid teaching license or meet eligibility criteria for immediate licensure.
  • An IELTS score of 7.5 is required for this instructional position.
  • Strong background in management of early years classrooms and student behavior.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding child development and pedagogical innovation.
