Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical, detail-focused, and highly organized KYC Analyst to manage daily client onboarding evaluations, comprehensive background investigations, and regulatory remediation tracking tracks at our corporate banking center in Dubai. This high-responsibility financial risk role demands complete lifecycle control over individual and corporate screening portfolios, precise documentation validation, and immediate transaction profile conflict resolution to guarantee absolute compliance alignment for executive management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end KYC corporate onboarding loops, continuous account remediation, and structured Customer Due Diligence (CDD/EDD) verification processes.
  • Verify multi-jurisdictional corporate registration papers, ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) structures, and complex individual client legal identity files.
  • Ensure total, absolute alignment with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) directives and internal banking compliance parameters.
  • Conduct regular background risk assessments, sanction screening verifications, and identify high-risk client anomalies for senior review.
  • Review, analyze, and validate complex corporate financial statements, company profile records, and banking reference archives for error-free completeness.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional internal legal, operational, and credit risk stakeholders to ensure final compliance sign-off.
  • Establish, organize, and govern comprehensive digital audit logs, security file records, and detailed case history documentation tracking.
  • Support regional regulatory reporting mechanisms, central bank auditing requirements, and internal policy improvement loops.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Proven professional background with active KYC, AML, or financial compliance operations experience within the GCC banking sector is strictly mandatory.
  • Deep functional understanding of modern anti-money laundering regulations, central bank guidelines, CDD matrix tracking, and EDD workflows.
  • Hands-on background managing the lifecycle validation of complex corporate registration files, trade licenses, and institutional fund verifications.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, deep financial data verification traits, and sharp risk assessment capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and cross-departmental English communication skills coupled with professional stakeholder management traits.
  • High level of proficiency utilizing specialized compliance monitoring software, commercial registries, and standard database systems.
  • Practical background in education regarding global financial markets, auditing logic, regulatory tax laws, and database asset management systems.
  • Immediate availability or the ability to manage a short, swift transitional notice period is highly preferred.
