🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain total professionalism, clear floor coordination, and positive communication loops with international guests and internal team members.
  • Support day-to-day front-of-house or kitchen operations according to specific duties, processing flows, and departmental quotas.
  • Operate with high velocity and strategic calm within a fast-paced, demanding, and high-volume commercial dining space.
  • Enforce complete alignment with international HACCP rules, environment hygiene frameworks, and municipality safety guidelines.
  • Assist restaurant supervisors in balancing table turnovers, eliminating delivery delays, and keeping service flows optimal during peak rush cycles.
  • Collaborate actively with inter-departmental kitchen and service teams to maximize operational output and financial transaction clarity.
  • Master internal menu ingredients, point-of-sale logging workflows, and proprietary service standards through continuous professional training.

  • Prior professional background or internship experience operating within fine dining, five-star resorts, or premier lounge setups is preferred.
  • Strong verbal, physical, and cross-functional English communication skills; professional interpersonal capabilities are essential.
  • Impeccable personal grooming, refined social presentation traits, and a genuine, passionate customer service mindset.
  • Demonstrated capability to operate under heavy pressure, coordinate floor tasks efficiently, and handle high-volume guest requests.
  • Positive behavioral attitude, high flexibility for shift rosters, and an active willingness to learn complex culinary and beverage methods.
