Job Description:
We are seeking qualified and licensed Optometrists to join our expanding team across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver eye care services for management and retail performance review. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, recommending suitable lenses, and supporting retail sales through expert product guidance. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Clinical Vision Assessment and Optical Product Knowledge and a proactive approach to patient care and sales growth. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive vision assessments to meet management and healthcare quality targets.
- Support clinical integrity in the UAE, ensuring 100% data integrity in patient records, prescriptions, and healthcare documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and retail teams to provide professional advice on eye care and vision correction solutions.
- Guide customers in lens and frame selection to optimize sales and professional organizational reporting.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and optical diagnostic equipment to optimize vision testing accuracy and professional clinical delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry plus a valid MOH, DHA, or HAAD Optometrist License.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically within a retail optical environment in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong background in management of eye examination techniques, vision testing, and clinical documentation.
- Professional background in education or training regarding optical lenses, frame selection, and retail sales practices.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess excellent clinical skills, and provide high-quality customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard retail group across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi.
