Job Description:

The Logistics Associate will manage stock movements, oversee inventory reporting, coordinate warehouse operations, reconcile dispatch documentation, and support efficient supply chain workflows in Dubai, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound stock activities, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Prepare stock reports, PD reconciliation reports, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor overstock situations and identify potential stock-out risks.
• Support timely processing of logistics-related payments.
• Manage POD collection, uploading, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient logistics operations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant logistics or warehouse coordination experience.
• Strong Excel capabilities and analytical skills.
• Experience in a home appliance or consumer electronics company is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory tracking, warehouse processes, and logistics reporting.
