Job Description:
The Logistics Coordinator will manage site logistics activities, material delivery coordination, equipment mobilization, and supplier communications for major infrastructure projects in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this experienced logistics professional will monitor inventory levels, create logistics schedules, support RTA-related project requirements, and ensure full compliance with site HSE standards and material tracking protocols.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment mobilization, and site logistics activities.
- Manage supplier and subcontractor coordination to ensure smooth project operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, warehouse activities, and material tracking.
- Prepare logistics schedules and support project planning requirements.
- Resolve site delivery challenges and ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain proper logistics documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.
- Support effective communication between project teams, suppliers, and site personnel.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Mandatory prior experience working on Dubai infrastructure projects; hands-on experience with RTA projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of site logistics coordination, material delivery management, and equipment mobilization.
- Proven background in inventory control, warehouse operations, and subcontractor coordination.
- Solid understanding of site HSE standards, logistics planning, and compliance documentation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
