Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage vehicle registration and shipping paperwork for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for handling all Dubai RTA-related processes, preparing Letter of Credit (L/C) documents, and overseeing end-to-end import and export operations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Logistics Regulations and a proactive approach to coordinating with government authorities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vehicle registration, licensing, and ownership transfers to meet management and RTA regulatory targets.
• Handle all RTA-related documentation and processes in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in shipping paperwork and L/C files.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and government entities including customs, ports, and the RTA to ensure smooth workflows.
• Oversee complete import and export operations while negotiating with shipping carriers to optimize logistics costs and service efficiency.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and logistics systems like UPS/FedEx to maintain accurate records and update internal documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4 years of professional logistics experience in the UAE, with at least 1 year handling RTA-specific work.
• Strong background in management of vehicle registration, customs clearance, and international shipping documentation.
• Professional background in education or training regarding Letters of Credit (L/C), INCOTERMS, and shipping law.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills; Arabic speakers are highly preferred to facilitate government coordination in Dubai.
