Open Positions & 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1. Senior Bartender & Bartender

• Craft Mixology: Prepare and serve a wide range of sophisticated cocktails and beverages following Nazcaa’s premium standards.
• Inventory & Bar Ops: Maintain bar cleanliness, manage stock levels, and ensure efficient service during peak hours.

2. Barback

• Support Excellence: Assist bartenders by replenishing ice, glassware, and garnishes, ensuring the bar remains fully operational and organized.
• Back-of-House Coordination: Manage keg changes and stock rotations with speed and precision.

3. Head Waitress

• Floor Leadership: Lead the service team on the floor, ensuring all guests receive personalized and flawless dining service.
• Guest Relations: Manage reservations, handle special requests, and resolve guest concerns with a professional, polished attitude.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a high-end or luxury venue in Dubai.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of beverage service, cocktail preparation, or high-level floor management.
• Communication: Excellent verbal English skills; ability to engage with a cosmopolitan, high-net-worth clientele.
• Attitude: Polished appearance, professional grooming, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Location: Candidates must be currently based in Dubai and available for face-to-face interviews.
• Soft Skills: Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
