Job Description:

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate technical staff, monitor facility systems, and ensure high safety standards in close collaboration with the site engineering and operations team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance staff and assign tasks to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and optimal performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
• Support operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Assist site management with preventive maintenance schedules and task logs.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Management.
• Relevant practical experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong team supervision, leadership, and operational coordination skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
• Indian nationality; preferred age between 30 and 40 years.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety regulations, and facility procedures.
