🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • MIS Reporting: Prepare detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide leadership with insights into business performance.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct rigorous data analysis and financial summaries to support strategic business decision-making.
  • Month-End Closing: Assist the senior finance team with month-end closing processes and ensure the timely delivery of financial statements.
  • Reconciliation: Perform comprehensive account reconciliations to ensure the absolute accuracy of the company’s financial records.
  • Data Management: Handle complex Excel-based reporting and maintain organized digital records of all financial transactions.
  • Operational Support: Support general accounting activities and uphold strict internal controls in line with IFRS/Accounting principles.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Qualification: CMA qualification is mandatory in addition to a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is essential.
  • Accounting Knowledge: A strong, fundamental understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical thinking and the capacity to work with complex numerical data accurately.
  • Eligibility: Only male candidates are eligible for this position as per the company’s current requirements.
