Job Description:
Abeer Medical Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Strategic Projects to drive our growth initiatives in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our expansion strategy, requiring a professional who can effectively lead the acquisition of healthcare facilities and the launch of new medical branches. You will be responsible for coordinating due diligence, managing cross-departmental integration, and ensuring operational readiness for management review. We are looking for a visionary professional with a strong background in healthcare operations and finance who thrives in a complex project-driven environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead merger and acquisition activities, focusing on operational due diligence and strategic integration.
- Lead the commissioning and launch of new healthcare branches to drive sales of quality medical services in new markets.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and regulatory departments to ensure all expansion activities align with UAE healthcare standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding executive staffing for newly acquired or launched facilities.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and project management frameworks to track milestones and deliverables.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in project management, strategic planning, or healthcare expansion.
- Prior experience in hospital setup, M&A integration, or healthcare facility commissioning is highly preferred.
- Strong background in management of complex stakeholder relationships and analytical decision-making.
- Professional background in education or training regarding corporate finance and engineering project frameworks is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on meeting tight project timelines and operational standards.
