Job Description:
A leading international trading firm is seeking an experienced Manager – Operations & Administration to establish and lead its Dubai office operations. Based in Dubai, this leadership professional will manage company incorporation activities, oversee corporate banking and trade documentation, ensure full compliance with UAE tax laws, Trade Licenses, WPS, and visas, and coordinate daily business operations between local clients and international sourcing teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Establish office operations, corporate banking facilities, and complete business registration processes.
- Manage banking transactions, remittances, trade documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with overseas management, Vietnam sourcing teams, buyers, and local business partners.
- Ensure timely compliance with VAT, Corporate Tax, Trade License, Visa, and WPS requirements.
- Oversee office administration, vendor management, and support future team expansion.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Operations or Administration within a UAE trading environment.
- Prior experience within the garment or textile trading industry is a distinct advantage.
- Strong hands-on understanding of UAE banking procedures, corporate compliance, trade documentation, VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS, and licensing procedures.
- Proven ability to work independently with banks, government entities, legal advisors, and tax accountants.
- Exceptional leadership, managerial, organizational, and English communication skills.
